“This project complied with environmental protection and worker safety standards. An oil spill response plan was prepared, with oil containment and cleanup supplies available on site in case of a hydraulic leak. Potential safety hazards included heavy equipment on slopes, truck traffic, working on and near a river, heat stress, and biological agents, to name a few. A site safety plan and emergency response procedures were prepared. Daily task and hazard analysis briefings and compliance audits were performed. Supervisors completed a 30-hour OSHA-approved construction safety class, and workers completed a 10-hour class. No environmental or safety incidences occurred during this project.
This project did not have unexpected change orders, and it was completed on schedule and under budget. We appreciate the professionalism in expediting this project, and we look forward to working with them in the future.”

Nick made a recommendation that resulted in a $25,000 savings to the project budget. They suggested purchasing uniform, standard-sized mats to be field cut and fitted, rather than purchasing custom engineered mats. This recommendation also saved time, because the supplier had the uniform mats in-stock, and they were delivered without delay. The completed project has an aesthetically pleasing appearance. This project did not have unexpected change orders.”

ELM PL. Widening BA
“The City of Broken Arrow wishes to express its appreciation for the excellent work performed by your company while constructing the referenced Elm Place Widening project. The construction work was well planned and the work was completed ahead of schedule. This portion of Elm Place is a heavily traveled street, and the City was concerned about keeping the flow of traffic moving and public safety through the work zone. Your staff maintained a well-kept work area and the construction activities and associated traffic restrictions were conducted in a manner that minimized inconvenience to the Broken Arrow citizens in the area.
We also appreciated the input and assistance of Mr. Nick Zografos, Project Manager for the project. He represented the interest of your firm in a professional manner and demonstrated a commendable dedication to performing quality work. The City of Broken Arrow looks forward to working with your firm again on future projects.”

Your team maintained a well-kept work area which allowed for the existing facilities on site to be utilized the entire time of construction. All discrepancies found between the plans and actual site were handled in a professional manner and resolved with great efficiency.
Above all, I would like to recognize the efforts and professionalism shown by Mr. Nick Zografos, Project Manager. The Arrowhead Softball Complex Addition is one our most successful sports facility projects completed to date. Planning Design Group looks forward to working with you in the future.”
